DIY Fake Turquoise Polymer Clay Jewelry Tutorial. I’ve never made fake turquoise, but I’ve made fake jade, amber, and ivory (hundreds of layers of translucent and white then cut so it looks like ridges). Really good tutorial giving you the “recipe” of what colors you’ll need for turquoise. Tutorial from Craft Berry Bush here.*Bracelet in photo is the real deal, ring is polymer clay - but hasn’t been polished yet (and you can do this with an electric buffer, varnish for polymer clay, or with various grades of sand paper).
